What will move you forward now?
When you feel stuck, stagnant, scattered, or stretched thin, ask this ONE question before you do anything else. You don’t need more time. You don’t need a brand new plan. You just need to know where your energy should actually go.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.
One of the most powerful things I’ve learned (and re-learned, over and over) is this:
Progress doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from focusing on the right thing, at the right time.
And when everything feels important, or nothing feels clear, I turn to the same framework I built during one of the messiest seasons of my business:
The LEVEL-UP framework.
This is my go-to for figuring out where to direct my focus without spiraling, second-guessing, or starting over (again). This is what enables me to move my business forward steadily.
Let me share the framework with you. Keep reading.

Here's what I do. Give it a try:
Ask yourself this one question for each letter in LEVEL-UP framework:
“Do I feel clear and in motion here or stuck and uncertain?”
L – List Growth: I'm steadily growing my list every month by 25 or more new subscribers.
E – Email Marketing: I'm showing up in inboxes consistently every week, inspiring, educating, and selling.
V – Visibility: People see me (or my content) on 1-2 channels or more every week.
E – Energy: I feel rested, full of ideas, and have clarity today.
L – Lead to Sales: I'm making offers every week and the path to purchase is super easy for my audience.
U – Upgrade Skills: I feel confident in implementing strategies and have the skills to do so.
P – Practice Consistency: I'm showing up regularly in all the areas above, in a way I can sustain.
Whichever one feels murky, neglected, or tender… that’s your focus this week.
Just one. That’s all.
(If there's more than one, and there likely is, start with Energy, and then go from top to bottom.)

Want to go deeper?
If this stirred something in you, it might be time to uncover what truly sets you apart.
Your Unique Edge is a mini-course I created that helps you discover what makes you different.
Because something does make you different and unique, I promise.
You have your own weird brilliance and we need to pull that forward to make your work magnetic to the right people.
If you’ve ever wondered what makes you and your business different (in a sea of sameness), Your Unique Edge will show you.
Once you know this, you can lead with it everywhere.
Instant stand-out-ness. Beautiful!

Sometimes the reason we can’t focus is because we’re secretly questioning everything.
Not just what to do…
…but who we are as a coach, mentor, or guide.
There’s this quiet unraveling that happens when things aren’t working. Imposter Syndrome takes hold.
And before we realize it, we’re tangled in self-doubt and overthinking, wondering if maybe we’re not cut out for this.
But that feeling? It’s not the truth. It’s your signal.
That you’re stretching. That you’re growing. That something deeper is asking to be seen and understood, so you can move forward from a place that feels like you.
Come back to your center.
And ask: “Where does my energy want to go next?”
Not “What should I do?” …but “What do I want to express, how do I want to help?”
You know the answer.

Growing a coaching business is the biggest personal development journey you’ll go on. It requires skill, mastery, and a belief in self like never before.
And it’s incredibly rewarding. If you’re needing a boost, take a moment to listen to this episode on The Solo Coach Podcast about growing your coaching business with energy and simplicity. It’s a good one.
And maybe get some inspiration from my own very candid journey on my YouTube channel Coach Diaries. You’ll know, at a minimum, you’re never alone.
Plus you can hear the latest on my super ambitious goal to grow my email list by 4,000 subscribers in 2025 without any paid ads or complicated strategies.
Much love.
