The easiest sales you’ll ever make?

They’re not in a fancy funnel or a big launch. (So NOT easy.)They’re tucked inside the emails you’re already sending (or should be sending) if you know how to unlock them. I’ll show you.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.

You don’t have to be “doing a launch” to make sales. You can make sales at any time, like right now, today in fact.

And you don’t have to send the dreaded “pushy sales email” either. (I can’t stand those.)

Every email you send, whether it’s a quick tip, a personal story, or even your weekly newsletter, can quietly point people toward working with you.

The key is knowing how to weave an offer in so naturally it feels like part of the conversation.

That’s where a simple step from my CAPWRAC method comes in.

Today, I’ll show you the one move that turns a good email into one that sells without feeling pushy, awkward, or like you’ve suddenly switched into “marketer mode.”

Add the “Alternative Possibility” Step to Your Next Email

Take any email you’ve already written (or are about to write) and add this one simple piece at the end:

Show your reader what’s possible if they take the next step with you. Here’s how to do it: Look at the topic of your email - What problem, challenge, or desire did you just talk about?

Imagine their life or business if that changed. Be specific.

Write one sentence that paints that picture of what life/business looks like without that problem, then naturally link to your offer.

Example: “If you’re tired of wondering what to say in your emails, imagine writing perfect emails in minutes (like under 5) and watching the sales notifications hit your bank account? (I have Stripe send me a text every time a sale comes through - feels AH-Mazing.) That’s what the Email Confidence Kit for Coaches does for you.”

It’s just one sentence, but it shifts the reader from “interesting info” to “I want that outcome!”

If adding that “Alternate Possibility” step felt like a win, imagine never not knowing what to email your list about again.

And having everything you need to let AI write your emails for you. That’s exactly what you get in the Email Confidence Kit for Coaches. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Done-for-You Templates (Inspire, Educate, Promote) – Just fill in the blanks and send, or hand to AI.

  • 20+ Topic Generator – Never run out of ideas again.

  • Perpetual Email Bank Strategy – Reuse your best work without starting from scratch.

  • Email Tracker Spreadsheet – See what’s working and stay consistent.

  • Step-by-Step Campaign Guide – Build a launch or promo sequence without overwhelm.

  • Story-Based Email Guide – Make your emails so good people want to read them.

So the next time you sit down to write an email, you won’t be staring at a blinking cursor.

You'll know exactly what to say, how to say it, and how to weave in an offer naturally. (What a relief, I know! If only the rest of my day were that easy.)

Get the Email Confidence Kit for Coaches and start sending emails that sell without feeling like you just betrayed your best friend, turned into someone you’re not, or committed a shameful crime.

Selling Can Feel Good (and in service)

When we hear “selling,” most of us picture pushy tactics, sleazy copy, or a level of hype that makes your skin crawl.

No wonder we resist it. It goes against our sense of integrity (Any other INFJ’s out there?)

But here’s what I know: Selling isn’t about getting something from someone when it’s not what they need or they’re not ready. It’s about showing them what’s possible and inviting them to step into it so they can have the transformation they want and need. When you write from that place… when your “offer” is just the next natural step in a conversation, you stop fighting yourself.

It feels lighter. Your energy flows instead of shutting down. And your email reader (aka potential client) feels that. Because energy transfers. And the more you believe in what you’re offering, the more it feels like an act of service, not a transaction.

You know, there are lots of misconceptions about growing a coaching business. Back in the day (yes, I’m old enough to say that), the hype was rampant. It’s one of the reasons I become a Coaching Business Growth Specialist. I want to be straightforward with you. I recently published an episode on “Doing Hard Things”. Listen to this episode on The Solo Coach Podcast. I think you’ll like it.

In the latest video on Coach Diaries, I share what I learned while working behind the scenes of 5 multi-million dollar coaching companies. I think you’ll find it revealing and enlightening. Go watch.

Much love.
