Done-for-you email topics are already sitting on your computer.
Stuck on what to send your list? You probably already wrote it. Think you need to create something new to stay visible and connected to your list? Try this instead: reuse what already worked (or what you have), just change the lens.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.
Your email archive is a goldmine. (Or any content archive actually.)
Even the emails that didn’t get many clicks or opens? Still valuable.
What if you could take one email you wrote months ago and turn it into three fresh ones, without burning out or overthinking? (YES please.)
Yep. It’s not only possible, it’s actually really smart and strategic.
Because consistency doesn’t always require totally new creation. That’s really hard to do and can be exhausting. Sometimes, it just requires re-seeing. I want to give you the cheat code for this. Keep reading.

Pick one old email or something you wrote (even if it didn’t “perform”). Then, rewrite it in these 3 new formats:
Contrarian – Flip the core message. What do most people get wrong about it?
Listicle – Break it into “3 lessons I learned from…” or “5 things this made me realize.”
This vs That – Compare two things like “creating vs curating content” or “new coaches vs seasoned ones.” Or “chocolate vs strawberry” (I know… it’s a tough one, right?!)
Here’s my cheat code - simply choose one and “re-see” your content.

Copy and paste this somewhere and refer to it often. You just created a shortcut and increased your strategic abilities 🙂 (As opposed to your x-ray vision abilities or Wonder Woman abilities.)

If writing weekly emails feels like a lot some weeks…
The Email Confidence Kit for Coaches makes it easier to keep showing up. It gives you gentle prompts, easy templates, and simple styles you can use to get emails done in a snap.
It’s just $9 and designed to take the pressure off. Go grab it.

Consistency doesn’t mean constant creation from scratch.
It means you trust your message enough to say it more than once.
And it’s reflective of a long-standing marketing truth: We need to see something over and over again for it to stick and motivate action.
But this is also an exercise in letting yourself off the hook energetically.
You are not required to be inventive, new, or saying something mind-blowing all the time. Not possible. No, what matters more is being consistent.
Let yourself off the hook.

And if you’re feeling a little discouraged, it always helps to hear others make mistakes, lol. I’m no stranger to making mistakes in my business, but I learn from it and make things even better as a result. On Coach Diaries, I share all of this and more. Go watch and you won’t feel so alone on the journey.
