AI can write your emails. But that’s not the best part.
Most coaches only scratch the surface of what AI can do. But when you use it to plan your day, test your offers, or clarify your client profile? That’s when things really start clicking.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.
Here’s what I’m seeing:
Most coaches are either ignoring AI… or using it like an awkward intern. (“Write a blog post,” “Summarize this article,” “Make me sound amazing”… you know the drill.)
But the real power of AI? It’s not just writing for you (although when you train it to write in your voice, this IS pretty incredible.)
It’s helping you think clearer, organize faster, and see things you didn’t think of, so you can move forward with less mental drag (and maybe even cut your work day in half).
But don’t worry, you don’t need to become an AI expert. (Admittedly, I’ve trained in AI Conversation Design & Operations), but you? Not necessary.
You just need a few ways to let it make your coaching business operations easier without abandoning what makes you “you”. Advanced uses that actually change something, you know?
I recently wrote about 7 Unexpectedly Useful Ways to Use AI in Your Coaching Business. AI helps me plan my week, finish content, and stop procrastinating or stewing on what didn’t go well the week before. It uncovers holes in my offers too.
I dare you to try one.
It might just surprise you.

Have a 5-Minute AI Chat with Your Ideal Client, try this:
Open ChatGPT (or your AI of choice) and use this exact prompt:
“You are my ideal client. As my ideal client, you are a [insert details of who your ideal client is] who struggles with [what does your ideal client struggle with?]. I want to have a mock conversation with you, where you act as my ideal client and I am me. I’d like to use this conversation to identify gaps in my offers. Be natural, and bring the real and raw struggle to the conversation. Ask questions that help me see what you need.”
That’s it. Just… talk.
Ask questions. Listen to the answers.
You’ll spot messaging gaps, find better language, and see your offer more clearly (Or what offers you need to create!).
You’ll be surprised how much gold comes out of one fake (lol) conversation.

Using AI is helpful. Like really helpful.
But knowing what to use it for and in a way that creates momentum in your coaching business that’s where things really start to change.
That’s exactly what we do inside Coach Growth Lab.
It’s not a program. It’s a 3-part monthly system to help you:
Experiment smarter and finally find what works for you
Build with structure so results start stacking
Use AI to simplify, not complicate, your marketing
If you’re ready to stop reinventing everything and start showing up with clarity and consistency… Coach Growth Lab is your next step.

AI is supposed to make things easier.
But here’s what I’ve seen (and felt myself):
It’s so easy to get pulled into prompts, plugins, templates, and “better ways”…
…and end up more confused than when you started.
Suddenly the tool that was supposed to save you time? Now it’s just another thing that consumes it (am I right?!).
Here’s what I know: If AI starts draining your energy or hijacking your focus, you don’t need a new prompt. You need a boundary.
Use it like a calculator not a co-founder (I know the latter is oh-so-appealing, but it doesn’t sleep or have a family, so that’s a hard “No”).
One clear question or task. One quick solution or output. Then close the tab.
That’s when AI becomes support not stress.

So much is changing and fast. Sometimes, it’s hard to keep up. And if you’re over 50 (ah-hem, like me), you can feel really, really (I’m gonna say it) old. If this is you, go listen to this episode on The Solo Coach Podcast: Grow Your Coaching Business with Energy & Simplicity. I think you’ll like it.
On Coach Diaries, this video is perfect: What to do when you have low energy days. It will help.
Plus you can hear about my super ambitious goal to grow my email list by 4,000 subscribers in 2025 without any paid ads or complicated strategies.
Much love.
